A FAMILY, A HERITAGE,
A KNOW-HOW
Being a passion, for five generations |
Une passion pour la vigne à travers quatre générations
The history of Maison Breton goes back to the origins of a long line of winegrowers who tirelessly cultivated the Petit Morin vineyards where they were based.
It was ultimately Prudentienne and Gilbert Breton, who, after braving turbulent times, finally realized their post-war dream: to produce a champagne in their name from the grapes produced by their own vines.
Olivette and Ange inherited this passion and devotion to found Maison Breton Fils in 1948. They then took advantage of the economic momentum of the thirty glorious years to mechanize and increase production.
Accompanied by his wife Christiane, the eldest son Yann expands the development initiated by his father by professionalizing the estate and carefully adjusting the blends to develop numerous vintages that are ever more creative and signature.
Upon his departure, his younger brother Johann, accompanied by Nathalie, took over to ensure the continuity of know-how and perpetuate the growth of the Breton Fils brand.
Reynald, the youngest brother, accompanied by his wife Fatima, have now taken up the torch and are now exporting the Breton name to the four corners of the world.
Most recently their son Pierre joined them, keen to meet the challenges of a new era full of Innovation and renewal.
